Felicity & Equity (F&E) is a new thematic-based buyout fund, set up in a collaboration with a leading global Management Consultancy and Stronghold, investing into businesses that aim to solve the challenge of creating sustainable urban environments, underpinned by the structural mega trends of urbanization, decarbonization and digital transformation.

Our team consists of eight experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering value and achieving exceptional results. We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who wants to be a part of our journey forward. This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment and work diligently to ensure smooth business operations.

About the role

As F&E´s Executive Assistant, you will play a central role in supporting our partners by managing complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements. Additionally, you will act as a team coordinator, providing support to the entire team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, including internal and external meetings.
  • Travel management: Arrange complex international and domestic travel for the team, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, visas, and logistics for business trips.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Act as a key point of contact for selected workstreams (managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence).
  • Team coordination: Actively participate in team discussions to efficiently plan and coordinate the team´s needs.
  • Meeting and Presentation Preparation: Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including presentations, briefing documents, and reports.
  • Document and Data Management: Handle confidential documents, manage filing systems, and ensure that all documents are up-to-date and organized.
  • Project Management: Oversee ad hoc projects, including research assignments, event planning, and operational tasks.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, board members, and other executives. Assist with investor relations activities and communications.

Your qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant or equivalent, in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment within professional services (e.g. law firm, management consulting firms, private equity firms etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to work with new digital tools
  • Experience as a DealCloud user is an advantage

  • Structured and detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy in every task, from scheduling to document preparation

  • Strong work ethic and committed to maintaining high standards
